I think today’s the first time I write about something I can’t access, since it seems only a few chosen ones can do that, for now, but I’ll do it anyway, because codesnipp.it looks like a really interesting resource for Web developers, at least from what I’ve heard and read here and there…
Hailing from Nashville, codesnipp.it is described as “a social site for developers to post their snippets, follow and share code with other devs and get coding help,” providing its users with a timeline of activity and employing an asymmetrical following/followers friendship model.
If the above doesn’t seem enough, you should also add Facebook and Twitter integration to sweeten the pot. Unfortunately, the site’s “invite-only” for now, but each user who managed to get one invitation receives five to send to his buddies, so the community should grow pretty fast, despite the fact codesnipp.it is still some kind of closed community.
In case you got your invitation already, could you please be so kind and send one this way? We would be really grateful!
