Premium pixels for free, now that’s a good deal for the last day of 2010, don’t you think? More than just that, the name of the site giving away premium pixels for free is – guess what? – Premium Pixels! 😉
Belonging to notorious designer Orman Clark, Premium Pixels is a great idea that should be embraced by more designers for everyone’s benefit – on this site, the artist behind it (no matter what you may say, you can’t claim that a good designer can’t be considered an artist, because I won’t buy that in a million years!) shares a bunch of its own design resources on a regular basis, going from simple menus or icons to full PSD website templates.
You know what’s so great about Premium Pixels? After all, there’s nothing really original about the idea driving this site, it’s just the fact that there’s a lot of design awesomeness to be had for free and, even more, all these resources come with all the layers included and the source files that you may need, being free for use in both commercial and personal projects!
At last, I was planning to give you direct links to some of my Premium Pixels favorite works… but I simply can’t: most of the things available here are too good too miss, so take your time to enjoy this find. Obviously, I also have to add this: have a Happy New Year and a wild party tonight! 😉
