PRyC WP: Disable self trackback wordpress plugin download

How to install PRyC WP: Disable self trackback plugin:

1. Go to Wordpress admin area and click "Plugins" and then "Add New" menu item.
2. In the right panel (left top) you will see "Upload Plugin" button. Click the button.
3. Next click the "Choose file" button in right panel (center).
4. Select zip file of the "PRyC WP: Disable self trackback" plugin located on your hard drive and press "Open".
5. Click "Install Now" and the zip file will upload to your site.
6. Now click "Activate" button to activate the "PRyC WP: Disable self trackback" plugin.
