Form Manager wordpress plugin download

How to install Form Manager plugin:

1. Go to Wordpress admin area and click "Plugins" and then "Add New" menu item.
2. In the right panel (left top) you will see "Upload Plugin" button. Click the button.
3. Next click the "Choose file" button in right panel (center).
4. Select zip file of the "Form Manager" plugin located on your hard drive and press "Open".
5. Click "Install Now" and the zip file will upload to your site.
6. Now click "Activate" button to activate the "Form Manager" plugin.
