Yeloni Exit Popup plugin has a simple interface from which you can set options for what should show up on your website. The title, the message, the imagery & even the close text is customizable.

For changing the image, please create a 550px (wide) and 200px (high) image and upload it to your media. Then add that link to the 'Image Link' section.

This plugin is lightweight and will not slow down or clog up your website. Also, the popup only shows when the user is about to leave your website. It will not showup when the user is navigating in your website, for example, when the user has clicked on another post.
